My Blogging Experience

My experience with the blog was very good, because the first time I have a blog and the first time that I write in English. When I knew I had to do a blog in English scared me a little because I thought it was very difficult. But it was not as difficult as I thought.

What I liked was writing about himself, for example: my vacation, my career, my favorite pictures, etc.

I think that was a good way to strengthen the English. I think that writing the blog was very interesting and important for English classes because we not only listen to the teacher. We also had to write our thoughts in English. With the blog I can see my mistakes which were to form sentences and write and also allows me to correct those errors.

I believe the blog is a good way to learn and practice English.

My ideal Job.

My ideal job would Not work, but this is impossible. That's why my ideal job might be working in an organization or a foundation for children at social risk.This organization would have art workshops such as singing, painting, sculpture, theater, dance, etc.The children all expressed through art, and may teach other subjects such as math through art.

In this fudación I'd like to do mathematics classes, but I would like to be director of the foundation, because I like order, directing (I am a little bossy) And they could do a nice job. On this foundation I would not want the children to be treated as poor indefensos.Me or would like to be treated as leaders, regardless of where children are at risk.
I work in a foundation, because I was lucky to have many things, a beautiful family, a nice house, good education, plus all the gifts my parents gave me. And working with children at risk would be back and everything I had. And they deliver to such a welcoming place where children learn, play and share.

Finally, with this job I will not make any money, but that I do not really matter.

My favourite subject

My favorite subjects were changing. At school I liked chemistry, physics and math, but I hated history and language. I think I liked science because my teachers were very good to teach and I could understand everything. I liked chemistry so much, I thought that at some point in studying something related to it. But then it was not. I've always liked math and easily understand my grades were good in this area. However language and history I did not like and I hated when I was into those classes.

Any change in university, because my career is not science subjects, but has a lot of history. Now I like the story, and I can say that I do well in that class.

But although I like math, so I specialize in this area in order to teach mathematics to children

Ken Robinson and Education

Ken Robinson's video was filmed in February 2006 in Monterey CaliforniaThis video is a lecture by Ken Robinson on education and how important this is. To introduce this topic Ken Robinson tells a joke about people working in education. He says that if at a dinner you ask someone about their work and the other person responds in education, this person never invited to dinner. After


Ken Robinson said that education is important because it educates for a future that nobody knows. Ken called special education is for this reason. He also said that education by the surprising innovation that has children.


Robinson said that children have a great talent, but adults do not see. Robinson said that education should be creative as important as literacy. Then Ken said in any school in the world, the most important is mathematics, language, and is then below are the arts (music and visual arts).But the school can not deny the arts and creativity, because they are elements of the intelligence and capabilities of individuals.

My Future

When I consider my career, I think travel for a year to United States to learn English. After learning English, I study a postgraduate abroad can be in Italy, Spain or England, but still not decided. Also if I study abroad, I can know more countries and cultures. When you return to Chile I would like to work in a school and an ONG.

Also in my plans is to create a company that mixes art and cuisine. I would like to become a cultural center where the show dance, theater, music and also have a restaurants. This company would be familiar, because my sister Isidora studying dance, my sister Daniela is studying arts, my uncle Manuel is a chef and each bring ideas.

I hope that my idea of working in an NGO, can follow with my work in the cultural center.

I personally would like a child before 32 and I do not care if I'm married or not. Still I don`t believe in marriage, because I think I am too young to think about that.I still have time to think about starting a family.

I hope that my plans are fulfilled, but if you are not satisfied I would not worry me, because I live like this moment, and not knowing what will happen tomorrow.

The best in my area

The best in my area, is not a teacher of Pre-school and elementary school, psychologist or someone is related to Pre-school education.

The best in my area is a distinguished academician in History and his name is Gabriel Salazar Vergara. Gabriel Salazar is devoted to studying and investigate the History the lower classes of society and the "self-education" of these classes.

Gabriel Salazar was born in Santiago in 1936 on January 31 and joined in 1960 to study history at the University of Chile, with parallel studies in philosophy and sociology.Also Salazar in 2006 won the "History National Award". Currently, Salazar works as a teacher in the History of Chile in the department of historical sciences from the University of Chile and gives the chair of Social History of Chile in the Law Faculty and Social Sciences Faculty at the same University.

I think that Salazar is a great example for any teacher, as they are interested in the study of social class people. this is very important to the work of the teacher who wants an education fair for all.

My Career

My career is Pre-school and elementary school teaching traning education who is located at the Social Sciences Faculty at the University of Chile. I chose this carrer because in my chance was the most safe and stable and Also I think the task of teaching in the public sector is very important.

I like about this career that they prepares us in the research area, who is very important and fundamental, because the education research complement our work in the classroom. Also I like this career is the multidisciplinary subject as psychology, anthropology, sociology and human development. But I don`t like about this career is in Chile the teacher professional is underestimete.

My professional expectation for future is going to study postgraduate course in Italy or Spain after that I would like make a establishment education for the social risk. In this establishment I would like teach art, dance and music.
